Thank you for visiting and shopping at ndiallseasons.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Exchange Policy. 

 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

 

To celebrate the launch of our online shop we are offering Free Shipping to  ** Hong Kong, China & Macau.  

 

** Delivery service is NOT available to Airport & Outlying Islands. ** 

HONG KONG 

Delivery Time: 3 to 10 days after order placed (payment made)
Free delivery available to commercial and industrial addresses /SF Stores /EF Lockers.

CHINA

Delivery Time: 3 to 5 days after order placed (payment made)
We offer free delivery to China.

 

MACAU

Delivery Time: 3 to 10 days after order placed (payment made)
Free delivery available to commercial or industrial address.

 

All orders that are in stock will ship within 5 business days once order is approved. This does not include preorders. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

We do offer international shipping. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order date. If Item is in stock and is not a preorder it ships within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Shipping charges will vary depending on the designated location of your order. Please direct message CONTACT US for assistance in getting estimated shipping quotes. NDI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

* International Shipping is available for orders HKD2500 and up.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY ( Not applicable to overseas orders )

 

WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. NO REFUNDS.  

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please CONTACT US with details of the product and the defect. 

 

We will not accept any product return / exchange request for reasons that is not relevant to product quality. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

 

EXCHANGES must be made within 7 DAYS of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. In addition, please note Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. 

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.  

 

once we receive your return parcel back at our warehouse. We will be sending you email notifications for each step in the process. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products and you will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. 

 

For a complete and successful exchange: 

EXCHANGES must be made within 7 DAYS of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. 

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.  

 

Returned items must comply with our returns policy: 

  • All returned items must be smoke free, unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.  

  • The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return items.  

  • The seller will be responsible for shipping cost associated with shipping the exchange (FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING only). 

  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.  

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.  

  • For your own good, please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. 

  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

DISCOUNTED / SALE ITEMS are not subject to our standard return policy and cannot be returned. 

 

 

REFUND 

 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. At NDI, we strive to cater to your request to the best of our abilities. However, under certain circumstances, we may need to refund your item's paid price amount instead. 

  

Prior to the refund being processed, you may have received an e-mail from us explaining the situation. 

  

Highlighted below are certain instances as to why this may have occurred: 

  • The item you ordered / requested an exchange for was out of stock 

  • The item you ordered / requested an exchange for was defective
